| Using Twitter for Customer Service | |
| Twitter - the phenomenon of sending messages into the cybersphere 140 characters at a time - has been adopted by companies as a tool for improved customer service. Their thinking: intercept customers at the moment of a complaint, and chances increase that a quick response will create a more satisfied customer. Some companies have already jumped on the Twitter bandwagon. | |

| The Rossiter System | |
| The Rossiter System is a business that evolved from my personal journey out of chronic shoulder pain. As its core, it is a unique two-person stretching program that helps people prevent and relieve pain - whether you're an individual suffering from structural pain almost anywhere in the body or whether you're a business experiencing the pain of rising health-care costs. These connective tissue techniques quickly and powerfully prevent and relieve pain caused by overuse, repetitive motion, aging or injury. It's particularly useful for common conditions such as low back pain, sciatica, chronic neck/shoulder pain, hip pain, elbow tendonitis, knee pain, foot and ankle pain. The Rossiter System can be used by individuals, companies, bodyworkers, athletes, seniors - anyone interested in getting out of pain quickly and without the typical risks associated with drugs, splints, shots or surgery. | |

| Fair Trade Christmas | |
| There's a lot of money and energy that goes into that $2 cup of joe you drink each morning. There's the marketing that makes you want a certain brand, there's the fancy packaging that it comes in, there's the transportation of the beans from where they are harvested and then there's the cost of employment of the barista that serves it to you. When all is said and done that cup of coffee costs the Starbucks, the Folgers and the Millstones of the world a pretty penny, so in order to offset these costs many companies skimp on the money they pay to the people who make your cappuccino possible...the Farmers. When you buy a $2 cup of coffee the individual farmers will make 2 pennies. This unfortunately leads to a cycle of poverty that can easily be avoided if you take the time this Christmas Season and beyond to research and make your purchases from companies that encourage Fair Trade and subscribe to Fair Trade Agreements. | |

| Acapulco Mexico | |
| The city is best known as one of Mexico’s oldest and most well-known beach resorts, which came into prominence by the 1950s as a getaway for Hollywood stars and millionaires. Acapulco is still famous for its nightlife and still attracts many vacationers, although most are now from Mexico itself. The resort area is divided into two. The north end of the bay is the “traditional” area, where the famous in the mid 20th century vacationed and the south end is dominated by newer luxury high rise hotels.
