Volkswagen "Big Day" commercial. A beautiful car advertisement. No words. Dramatic song. Dramatic twist at the end. Must-see!

Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo "Dream" Commercial. One of the most popular Nissan commercials ever, considered one of the best Super Bowl Commercials ever. Directed by Ridley Scott, this commercial was only aired once, but has remained popular over the years, standing the test of time.

Honda Pilot "Raised by Wolves" Commercial. While most car ads are about the car and not the driver, this one is unique. It shows the car in the woods, while focusing on the driver who belonged in the woods. The wolf man is played by actor Scott Adsit.

Cadillac "Turn You On" commercial. When you turn your car on, does it return the favor! This classy commercial starring Kate Walsh has become part of our cultural history.

"Nissan Hardbodies Are Hot" commercial. With a name like the "hardbody", you needn't imagine too much about the elements of the ad.

Nissan "Pigeons" Commercial. Simple, hilarious and compelling spot, where pigeons try to take out a Nissan Maxima. Music from the "Top Gun" movie is part of this piece.

Cadillac "Parking Space" Commercial. Breakthrough campaign for the Cadillac Escalade. The ad makes a case for the very interesting concept of a luxury SUV converting into a luxury truck! Prepare to experience parking a car inside your truck!

"Introducing the Neon" Commercial. Chrysler built up a lot of excitement for the Neon through commercials like there. However, the Neon itself failed to capture people's imagination.

Ford Mustang "Frozen in Fargo" Commercial. A lot of build up to the dramatic conclusion: "You don't introduce a convertible this irresistible in the winter season"!

Toyota Tundra Doing Crazy Stuff. This ad shows the Tundra doing crazy stunts with ease. While these stunts were all real, it didn't reflect in the sales of the truck!

Cadillac "60 in 5 seconds" Commercial. This ad showcases the sheer power and performance of the Cadillac.

Honda Ridgeline "Mudflaps" Commercial. Features iconic mudflap characters.

Hummer "Monsters" Commercial. Fun commercial about an SUV. Coming from Hummer, whose brand image is not the best, it did get attention from the media and the blogosphere.

Chevy SSR "Soap" Commercial. Clever ad that features cute kids with soap sticking out of their mouths after seeing the first retractable hardtop in the market. The SSR, however, was a big flop.

GM Robot Super Bowl XLI Commercial. A yellow robot is sad and moping after being fired. Except that it turns out to be a bad dream the robot is having over "With a warranty like this, everyone is worried"! This ad preceded the major layoffs at GM and generated a lot of controversy and free advertising for the company.

Cadillac "Break Through" Commercial. A subway ride through Cadillac history. Weird, but helped revitalize the Cadillac brand.

1/8/2010 - Audi of America on Friday confirmed that it will advertise its Audi A3 TDI during the 2010 Super Bowl. It is one of the first manufacturers to commit to a spot during the sporting classic that is equally well known for its commercials.

1/15/2010 - Chrysler's the only U.S. automaker advertising in this year's Super Bowl, forking over millions (at least $5 million) of taxpayer dollars for a 60-second Dodge commercial letting viewers know they're no longer bankrupt.

1/30/2009 - Audi's new Super Bowl commercial starring Jason Statham and called "The Chase" has leaked onto the Internet. This appears to be the 30-second cut of the commercial, with possibly a longer version out there.

2/3/2008 - Here's the Ford F-150 pre-Super Bowl commercial featuring everyone's favorite dirty job do-er, Mike Rowe overlooking a centrifuge spinning the big Ford pickup around by the tow hooks. And yes, it appears they really did do it no special effects here boys. While not a "real" Super Bowl commercial as it aired a mere minute before kick off...
