Hooping: Exercise with the Hula Hoop

Fitness specialists say that for exercise to be effective, it has to be fun, and I'm always looking for fun ways to convince my clients to find fun ways to exercise. One of those is Hooping - using a special fitness-style Hula Hoop to dance, move, twist, swirl and get your hoop on while burning calories and having fun. Hooping includes basic fitness moves and more elaborate Hoop Dancing. And did you know Hooping has ancient rooots? I've incorporated Hooping into my modern-day massage therapy practice and use it regularly to stay in shape and have fun. The best part: Anyone can do it!
